Fawn Mckay
Fawn McCay Brodie, birthplace in Ogden Utah September 15, 1915. Born into the Mormon Church's very first family, Fawn McKay directed her ingenious writing talents as well as her remarkable researching skills in the creation of the brilliant psycho-historical biography of Joseph Smith, published in 1945 under the title"No Man Knows My History. The title of this book was an inspiration for a funeral sermon that was delivered by the Church of Latter-Day Saints founder Joseph Smith. In that sermon he stated: "You do not know the person I am, and have never met my soul." My story is not known to anyone. There is no way for me to reveal it. Fawn, a 29-year-old woman said: "Since that moment of truthfulness, three or more writers have risen to the challenge." Some have made an attempt to create a diagnostic diagnosis. Documents do not lack and contradictory. In order to assemble these documents- to separate first hand accounts from thirdhand plagiarism, and finally, to put Mormon and non Mormon stories together to form an authentic mosaic, is not an simple task.
